Thanks for visiting Easy Everyday Meditation. I'm Sarah, and I'm here to share easy, straightforward meditation techniques with you, that you can learn at one of my classes. I teach classes in locations all over the country, currently concentrating on Shrewsbury, Shropshire, where I'll be for the next few months.
 
 
Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years, and has a variety of proven health benefits. When you meditate, you remove toxins from your body, clear your mind, and focus on the present, making you sleep better, feel relaxed and renewed, and become more positive. Practiced regularly, you will notice huge improvements in your life.
