Easy Everyday Meditation is taught by Sarah, who has practiced meditation for several  years.
 
Sarah soon realised the benefits of practising this ancient art, which helped her overcome personal obstacles and live a healthier, happier life.
 
Sarah has six year's teaching experience, including running workshops and large classes, in other arts as well as meditation. She has enjoyed teaching flower arranging for therapy in hospitals, as well as professional floristry. She holds meditation workshops in private classes, as well as in the workplace - it's a great way to feel more relaxed at work and bond with your team.
 
Sarah has practised all kinds of meditation, from spiritual techniques with London-based Solara An-Ra, breathing techniques and yogic meditation with Rory of mumukshutva yoga (currently in India!) to understanding spiritual philosophy and learning to 'stay in the present' at the College of Economic Science. She has attended workshops with renowned teachers and healers, and is currently learning eastern meditation philosophy in India, learning different approaches to meditation and realising the importance of a personalised programme that works for you.
 
Sarah adapted her learning to come up with her own unique techniques to bring simple, straightforward meditation to anyone.
 
In Sarah's classes, you will learn how to relax, renew and rejuvinate with easy techniques you can adapt or try for yourself at home. They're simple to follow and master, and even easier to copy at home - or even on the train during your morning commute!
 
Using breathing and visualisation, you will experience an enjoyable, inspiring class that will leave you feeling perky for days - and with your own way to meditate that's comfortable for you.
 
In Sarah's classes there is no chanting or spiritual language (although as you deepen your practice, you may find it beneficial to incorporate this into your learning) - just straightforward techniques to get you started - and hopefully to a lifelong way of living!
 
Every class is bespoke, with new meditaitons added each time so you stay inspired and so the classes remain fun. Workshop-style classes run to themes, working on an aspect of your life such as love, money, or balancing.
 
There is a class suitable for every level of experience, and you can pick the one you feel is right for you. More advanced meditators may enjoy a class on mantras, breathing techniques and chakras. Click the 'contact Sarah' page to ask her a question about these themes.
