Thanks for visiting Easy Everyday Meditation. I'm Sarah, and I'm here to share easy, straightforward meditation techniques with you, that you can learn at one of my classes. At the moment I am in India, doing some intensive meditation to bring back and share with you.
 
I teach classes in locations all over the country, and from June 2011 have been concentrating on Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
 
Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years, and has a variety of proven health benefits. When you meditate, you remove toxins from your body, clear your mind, and focus on the present, making you sleep better, feel relaxed and renewed, and become more positive. Practiced regularly, you will notice huge improvements in your life.
